Utility Sub Metering-

The process of utility sub metering is adding individual meters, to capture the usage, of each tenant on the property.  A water, electric or gas meter can be installed into to each tenant space, that will would allow the property to understand the amount of water and energy that is being consumed.  This will allow property ownership to reclaim the proper amount of proceeds owed to them, by the tenant.

Sundance will provide the equipment and installation of these meters, along with any future maintenance that would be required.  Our technicians will work around the tenant schedule, to not interrupt their business or home hours.

AMR Utility Monitoring-

Automatic Meter Reading is a capability that Sundance utilizes for a wireless ​reading of a property’s utility meters.  Sundance will provide the newest equipment in the field of AMR monitoring, to maintain accuracy of the meter reads and consumption by a property’s tenants.

​Each water and energy sub meter that is installed can be equipment with a transmitter, that will provide daily meter reads, via cellular service, to a server that collects all the information for the property.  From that information, we would be able to provide accurate consumption rates per tenant for the property ownership.  Allowing ownership to understand high and low, water and energy user on their property.

Utility Billing-

Sundance is a RBC third party billing provider.  RBC stands for, Reads Bills Collects.  By utilizing the sub metering and AMR monitoring, Sundance can remotely read the usage by each tenant, bill each tenant their specific water and energy consumption, and collect the water and energy bills of each tenant on behalf of property ownership.  This allows a seamless process that will alleviate property ownership of the burden of billing and collecting the appropriate amount for utilities for their tenants and put that responsibility on our team.

Sundance is willing to work with property ownership to find the appropriate billing solution that that works best for their property.

Trash Valet-

Door to Door Valet Trash

Sundance provides door-to-door trash valet pick-up from residents by our specially-trained uniformed porter and then the trash is taken to the on-site dumpster/compactor and thrown away. Sundance will clear the areas around the dumpsters and make sure they are swept clean.

Curbside Trash Service

Residents place their trash on the curb each morning or evening and we collect it and take it to the onsite compactor or dumpster.

Recycling

Sundance makes apartment recycling services fast, and easy for residents and management alike to recycle responsibly.

Common Areas

The cleanliness of common areas is vital. We dispose of trash from mail centers, pool areas, and other areas in your community.

Pressure Washing

Sundance knows that a clean community goes beyond trash collection. Our team also performs multi-family pressure washing services. We use environmentally friendly and effective processes to help make your community clean.  We pressure wash breezeways, sidewalks, parking lots and trash compactors.

Bulk Trash Removal

Many residents have large items that won’t fit in a dumpster or compactor. We can remove it for a competitive price. Sundance doesn’t charge by weight, per item, nor give gas surcharges. We have a low-cost, flat-rate fee for on-call and scheduled bulk removal.
