Located in the heart of Texas, Sundance Billing Services has been established to provide water and energy sub-metering, third-party billing, and valet trash service, to aid corporations in their initiatives and goals of “Going Green.” By utilizing our services, property ownership, and management will be able to reduce water and energy waste, while also reducing cost for the ever-increasing utility rates by local municipalities.

How do you collect water and energy usage by your tenants? Is it included in the lease? Is there a flat rate? Do you contract out to a provider, who will manually read each meter? If you are going with one of the methods mentioned previously, maybe it is time to go with our automatic meter reading system. Sundance can provide some current or install new utility meters equipped with wireless transmitters, to provide accurate daily usage of the utility sub-meters. Gone will be the days of a person misreading the usage on a meter, or a person saying a meter was unable to be read. Sundance will be able to capture the utility sub-meter readings remotely, via cellular service and data collecting on a server, to obtain and maintain a history of the information of each meter in use.

Sundance will also act as a third-party billing service, providing invoices to each tenant with their monthly water and energy consumption, collect the payment on behalf of property ownership and/or management, and remit the proceeds to ownership and/or management each month.
